Booking & Access
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome whenever stations are free, but weekends and evenings fill fast. We recommend booking online or by phone for groups of four or more so we can seat you together.
Under-15s are welcome until 8pm with a parent or guardian present. After 8pm the arena is 15+, and our bar service is strictly 18+ with valid ID.
Membership & Pricing
The Turbo Card is $15/month and gives you 20% off every hourly rate, priority weekend booking and one free coaching session each quarter. You can cancel anytime at the counter.
Yes. Students with a valid ID get $6/hr on RTX stations before 5pm on weekdays, and groups of eight or more get a dedicated area with a bundled food-and-play package.
Events & Facilities
Absolutely. Our events team runs everything from 8-person team-building sessions to 96-player brackets with full broadcast production. Packages start at $850 and include staffed admin and catering options.
Yes. The Guildford Lane entrance is step-free, we have accessible restrooms, and several stations are set up at seated-wheelchair height. Let us know your needs when booking and we’ll have everything ready.
